For those in the MKE area, I alert you of a new art show at Abu’s (1978 N Farwell Ave – see map below). It has some of my drawings and paintings from last year as well as a selection of my latest pen drawings. In addition, there is photography by Nathaniel Haack. Abu’s has renovated and re-opened under new management; the food is great and the prices are just as good. Definitely check it out, you won’t regret it!

Going from under 5 hours of work a week to working overtime has put a serious damper on my art production. However I did finish this work and tweeked the website a little bit. There is a now a new series called “Another Place” where my latest works can reside together.

In my perfect world I would have taken screen shots of my website as it is in progress. It would be thrilling for me to see those hundreds of hours pass by in a minute or so, fonts changing, div boxes sliding around, images popping up and disappearing..
In reality though I don’t have that much time. What I do have is a revamped site. Once again I am inclined to pull out a prayer rug dedicated to wordpress and contemplate its simplicity. Today I finished a full facelift of the site’s design and orginization [Including a new page dedicated to commissions]. I hope you enjoy the new look as much as I do.
In the future I’ll be building my own online store and making more interesting posts than this one.

Up and running are my digital and drawing galleries. Since I’ve maxed out my flickr usage for the month some of the other galleries will be delayed. Some sculpture, photography, and old sketches will be up online soon.
